Advances in three dimensional electroanatomical mapping (3DEAM) and real time procedural guidance with intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) allow electrophysiologists to perform complex ablation procedures with minimal or no fluoroscopy. Case series have shown excellent ablation outcomes without compromising safety in a near zero fluoroscopy environment 1-3.  We present a simplified anatomical zero fluoroscopy approach to atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation using 3DEAM and ICE guidance 4.
